A front-facing horned owl with ear tufts, wide round eyes and layered black and white feathers, drawn in bold ink on plain white. The large circular eyes and the round and floral motifs on the face and chest stand in for the finder squares, while scalloped feathers and fine hatching carry the modules. Solid black fills against clean white gaps keep the pattern sharply defined. Small flower and target-like rings scattered through the plumage add a flash-tattoo flavor.
