A varnished wooden boat floats on green lagoon water in front of whitewashed villas with tiled roofs, wooden docks and palm trees. Orange flowering shrubs and dark palm trunks carry the dense dark modules, while the villa walls, pale rocks and water reflections supply the light ones. The finder squares are hidden within the shrubs, rooftops and dock posts, so the pattern follows the natural scene. Strong contrast between the sunlit walls and shaded foliage keeps the structure clear, and the foreground palm leaves frame the view.
