A brutalist city hall in raw grey concrete, with a monolith tower, a slit-windowed block and an angular plaza edged with small green planting. Three square recessed courtyards with stepped inner frames hide the finder squares. The stepped concrete blocks and narrow passages of the central maze carry the dark and light modules. Shadowed gaps against pale concrete faces keep the pattern crisp in the isometric view, and tiny rooftop gardens add the only touches of green.
